Microsoft released the preview round of Windows 10 build 10586.456 (KB3170411) to internal shareholders yesterday on both PCs and mobile phones. As usual, the update doesn't introduce any new features, but it does include some bug fixes. Today, Microsoft has shared the official build 10586.456 changes.
Under these changes, Microsoft has improved reliability for some key Windows features, including Windows Explorer, core kernel, Miracast, and Windows Media Player. Here is the full change:
Improved reliability in several areas including Windows Media player, Internet Explorer 11, Windows Explorer, Miracast, and Windows kernel.
Fixed an issue with some users noticing a black screen instead of the lock screen, when resuming from connection standby.
Fixed issue where DirectAccess node disconnection appeared sometimes even when the connection was not fully established.
Fixed issue where local user accounts were not locked.
Improved support for video playback in some apps that do not display video while audio resumes after resuming from Sleep mode.
Fixed other issues in .NET, Windows kernel, Windows Update, authentication, daylight saving time modification, support for PDF files, Bluetooth, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, network connection not waking up and Wi-Fi connection.
Very noticeable changes to this update will be released to the public if it passes internal testing and if Microsoft does not find any critical bugs Microsoft may release this update to the public. public next Tuesday for both PC and mobile.
